1 large banana, peeled and frozen in chunks
1/2 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon rolled oats
1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil (optional)
1 1/2 cups soy/almond/rice milk
4 dates, soaked in hot water
